CE CREDIT POLICY
Courses that are approved for Board Certified Patient Advocate continuing education credits will be clearly marked with "BCPA-CE/APR" at the beginning of the title (Example: BCPA-CE/APR-5.26.27 - Patient Advocacy #101). All other courses are offered for educational purposes only and do not count toward BCPA certification requirements.
CE Credits Policy: The expiration date for each certified CE course is clearly displayed in the course title. As long as you complete the course before this date, your earned credits will remain valid in your course file for one year from your completion date. Please note that all CE courses require 100% completion of the video content (typically one hour) and submission of a detailed response to the quiz question; one-sentence replies will not fulfill certification requirements.
