Anne is a healthcare leader with over 40 years of experience as a critical care nurse, a nurse case manager, a professional patient advocate, an educator, and a digital journalist. Anne has expertise as an independent case manager specializing in catastrophic case management, workers’ compensation, and long-term care.

Anne & John will present a detailed overview of the three (3) types of advance directives. The presentation will highlight the role of each, what each covers, how they differ and how each is activated. The presentation will educate attendees on how advance directives can protect patient rights and impact patient safety.

Using real world case studies, the program will highlight the potential impact & conflicts encountered with advance directives. Attendees are encouraged to participate.

Whether you’re navigating healthcare yourself or supporting someone else, Pulse programs are here to assist you in this journey. Pulse is not about your health, it’s about your healthcare.

About ACES

ACES is a virtual program held the last Monday of the month at 7PM Eastern Time

ACES delivers a dynamic, hour-long virtual experience featuring expert-led presentations followed by interactive group discussions and real-world case studies. Participants actively contribute their perspectives and insights throughout each session, which concludes with a dedicated Q&A segment.

We encourage networking before and after meetings to foster valuable connections within our community. To continuously enhance our program, we collect participant feedback through targeted polls and surveys, helping us refine content and identify compelling future topics.
