I spend an incredible amount of time thinking about how the body works - it's my passion. For as long as I can remember I've had to know the HOW and WHY behind bodily functions. I pursued that end throughout school and my career, and with a PhD in Pathology, I have the expertise to support my passion. I am well versed in normal physiology and pathophysiology - or how a body normally works and how it becomes diseased. I'm not an expert in every system, but I am quite adept at research and have the confidence to approach most any disease with curiosity and a desire to find solutions.

As a Patient Advocate, I have served a wide range of clients nationally, including those with cancer, chronic disease, those with yet undiagnosed symptoms, and those facing the overall toll of aging. Perhaps my favorite clients, however, are seniors. I am honored to serve those who came before us. Our mothers and fathers, aunts and uncles, all who worked a lifetime and accumulated a vast body of knowledge. I am in awe of their experiences and respect their wisdom. If you are juggling the duties of long-distance care giving, I can step in as your proxy so you can be assured that your loved ones are getting the care they deserve.

We are all unique, but I’ve been told I’m uniquely unique! Despite years of education, you’ll find that I am a very down to earth person, I tell it like it is, and I put things in simple terms. I’d love to share my knowledge to help you.
