Through personal experience, while helping his own family enroll in Medicare, James quickly realized that he was navigating a complex and confusing web of misinformation. As he educated himself, he learned about the millions of tax dollars lost each year to Medicare fraud, as our senior population continues to be exploited at their most vulnerable time.

This gave James the strategic vision to create a "safehaven" for seniors, where he could be a confidant to those turning 65 and help them navigate through the Medicare maze.

He has been certified and specializing Medicare planning since 2021 and currently holds monthly, educational seminars that guide seniors within the community, to choose what best for them.
