Advocates and Caregivers
Where do we go from here?
These  virtual (from anywhere) face to face discussions are held on the last Monday of each month by and for advocates and caregivers to discuss topics related to patient safety.

If you have a question or concern about patient safety, consider coming to one of these meetings to learn what has worked for others and what might work for you.

This group is not about giving advice.  It is about sharing solutions.

General Rules:

  • Please be on time or the group may be closed
  • Introduce yourself to the group
  • Names (of hospitals, nursing homes, clinicians etc.) should not be used  if they are not available
to be part of the discussion

  • Discuss what has worked for you, do not tell others what to do
  • Keep comments short to allow others to speak
  • Stay on topic, let others know if you need to change the topic
